Hosted by Lyle’s restaurant in Shoreditch, London, The Guest Series is a way to showcase some of the most talented chefs from around the world. Each dinner will feature a different chef that we highly respect and think is doing incredible things.

For us, this is a way to learn and progress. “I believe that a restaurant should never stand still. We are looking to constantly evolve. The guest series gives us an opportunity to see British produce in a new light,” explains James Lowe, head chef at Lyle’s.

Whilst we are a British restaurant that celebrates British produce, The Guest Series gives us and our diners a chance to see what’s going on elsewhere – bringing the opportunity to experience some of the world’s best restaurants, without the airplane fare.

The Guest Series is hosted by Lyle's in partnership with MasterCard Priceless London.

Theis Brydegaard of Eldorado in Copenhagen, is cooking with James and the team on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th September.

James and Theis met 11 years ago when they worked at The Fat Duck together and have been firm friends since day one.

“Theis is probably the best chef I’ve ever worked with. He has the classic training and deep love of traditional technique, but has proved, which his successes at Kadeau, that he is also one of the finest exponents of modern Nordic cooking”.

The menu is going to draw inspiration from their travels and experiences over the years, and will also include some Fat Duck dishes from back in the day - including the Heston Blumenthal classic kidney, chips & ketchup.

The ticket price is £55 for a set menu. MasterCard holders can book tickets from Monday 22nd August at 16.00 on Priceless London. Tickets are then on wide release from Friday 26th September at 16.00 on theguestseries.com
