Hosted by Lyle’s restaurant in Shoreditch, London, The Guest Series is a way to showcase some of the most talented chefs from around the world. Each dinner will feature a different chef that we highly respect and think is doing incredible things.
For us, this is a way to learn and progress. “I believe that a restaurant should never stand still. We are looking to constantly evolve. The guest series gives us an opportunity to see British produce in a new light,” explains James Lowe, head chef at Lyle’s.
Whilst we are a British restaurant that celebrates British produce, The Guest Series gives us and our diners a chance to see what’s going on elsewhere – bringing the opportunity to experience some of the world’s best restaurants, without the airplane fare.

On Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st September we have husband and wife team Dylan Jones and Bo Songvisasa of Bo.lan in Bangkok joining us at Lyle’s.
Listed in the “Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant” list, Bo.lan is the top food destination in Bangkok. It’s famed for initiating the concept of a common-sense approach to Thai fine dining, and a philosophy of cooking that feels very much at home at Lyle’s: using the best seasonal produce available and working closely with local farmers. The food has a contemporary approach in the shape of authentic Thai recipes but with influences from street food and home cooking.
The ticket price is £59 for a set menu. Tables for this event are communal. MasterCard holders can book tickets from Monday 5th September at 16.00 on Priceless London. Tickets are then on wide release from Friday 9th September at 16.00 on theguestseries.com
